OUR BACKGROUND
How Armored Roofing Began
Armored Roofing was brought to life after years of watching the decline of craftsmanship, and the art of roofing, slowly fade away. The owner of Armored Roofing; Brian Hellberg, spent the first decade of his career working for the nation's largest historical restoration contractor. He spent year after year working and completing projects all across the country, while bringing life back to historic properties and their slate, tile and copper roofing systems. The art and craftsmanship of these jobs was immense, that very few were able to take on such tasks. Upon his family relocating to Southern Indiana in 2018, Brian began working with local roofing companies in the Evansville area. Quickly, he realized the same care, and art of roofing, was not taking place in the asphalt shingle market. After years of thought and planning, Armored Roofing has become what it is today.
